Sclerotherapy/Spider Vein Treatment

Sclerotherapy is a process of injecting a sclerosing solution into spider veins or telangiectasias, using very small gauge needles. The solution causes the veins to blanch and then gradually become much less obvious or disappear.  More than one treatment may be necessary.  Most of the time, the treated veins are gone for good.  However, new veins may appear and new treatments are required for best results.
